Norse Orðrs — from the Top
Orðr — Pulsating Energy Areas
Kœnigsorðr — connection to the Gods and Goddesses, point of attachment for the human body to the Cosmic Axis (Mundilfore)- which can be “ brought down ” especially from the Pole Star.
Oðinorðr — seat of intuition - derived from the High God, Father of Magical Work - seen as emanating from the forehead.
Hammarorðr — as the voice is the Power of the Will, used in Setting and invocation, the Hammar is the Seat of the Will - the throat is its point of concentration.
Litrorðr — Litr is the force that one can project outward, using it for leidandr- what we today would call “ remote viewing ” and the dopplegangr, for those who can project an etheric double, is seen as sending forth from this point, centered in the upper chest, near the lattisimus dorsi, or lymphatic glands. It is also the “ heart ” not in the sense of one's physical heart, but as the etheric “ heart ” or Assemblage Point, at about heart level, behind the right shoulder blade, where the different bodies, the Body of Vapors, The Body of Wyrd (Urd), the Auric Body, and the Mechanical Body all are tied in together.
Öndorðr — Önd is the force of understanding, of “gut ” knowledge, of Willing things into being, centered in the solar plexus.
Miðorðr — “ middle point of Power ” wherein all the forces of the body balance and merge with the Multiverse, centered several centimeters below the navel in the complex of nerves therein. From here, a warrior projects the breaking force known as sísu.
Erdeorðr — the Earth center, where human functions tie in and return to earth in the natural cycles of consumption, waste, and decay.
Schwerorðr — the center of strength, anchoring the largest muscles in the body, the vital center of physical strength, seen as being anchored both here, above the knees, and in the Miðorðr.
Schrittankerorðr — literally, “ tread-anchor” — how the feet, with their nerve terminals, tie one to Earth, just as the top of the head ties us to the Cosmic Axis, signified in the rune, Ior. Thus, man is awareness, connecting celestial and chthonic forces . . .

Wisdom Teaching from Paalo to Student:
"Your body is not a vehicle or shell for your hamr, Seat of Will, your conscious identity, or your other nonmaterial components. Rather, it is a medium through which we reflect back and forth our non-material being's interactions with materiality. The body has evolved such that you experience your essential nature through its changes over time and its interactions with itself and materiality. Despite this, it does not just happen on its own. Man needs to consciously, willfully, act to improve, refine, and clean the energies of the body in order to live in maximal effectiveness in his non-material being, as reflected from his material being. That is why we DO the " ... sacred exercises.

We encourage you to benefit from and copy this work. Under no circumstances should this ancient sacred work of oral tradition be altered, plagarized or with "expert" arrogance re-interpreted. Our Folk traditions are older than you are and, unlike today's media, do not contain distortions to fit current alien beliefs. If they don't fit you, respect our Folk and our Gods enough to leave them alone and find another theology that is your own.
Also remember that we are
not universalists and do not believe that the principles contained herein would be of
benefit to "all mankind." We trust the ingenuity and resourcefulness of other peoples
to come up with their own evolutionary strategies. Ours assumes self-control, limiting
one's consumption of natural resources and production of offspring, not overrunning
and exhausting the earth, and other ethics of a distinctly North European flavor. This
work should certainly be shared with other North Europeans. All we ask is this: if you
copy this work, have the honor to use it whole, as this is more representative of the
greater body of spiritual writings from which it is excerpted and will avoid the taking
of parts out of context.
